Here’s Some Stuff To Eat… Mossback Returns! In Kingston

MOSSBACK RETURNS! Kind of. If you missed it, Mossback was a bitchin farm-to-fork, farmhouse-meets-fine-dining spot in Kingston with an always changing menu built from all local ingredients into some of the raddest, most intentionally sourced dishes you could find in this town for a minute. They were tucked up in this little house with a commercial kitchen at its heart and a tiny bar built in the back. Tables, which were few, and perpetually booked out,  were placed throughout the other rooms in the house with one on the back patio. One of a kind experience. If you missed it, I’m with you. I had my eye on that back table for quite some time, but the stars never aligned. Sadly, they closed in 2021. But the minds behind the Mossback kitchen are back! They’ve partnered with Bainbridge kombucha brewery Iggy’s on a new food truck that just opened outside their new fermentation facility in Kingston. // BILL MAN

Iggy’s Alive & Cultured Food Truck, 10920 State Hwy 104, Kingston. 12-6 pm, Thurs-Sun.
